OUR HISTORY

Cahuenga Blvd was a developing area where Hollywood's film industry began; Metro Studios occupied blocks nearby, suggesting early industrial or entertainment roots for the area around your address.
Three of the greatest comedies of all time were filmed in part along this east-west alley from Cahuenga to Cosmo. Each of these landmark movies has been inducted into the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress, cinema's highest honor.
